Loved the staff , had such a positive experience at Bay Dermatology today. From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone was warm, kind, and professional. Nurse took time to carefully explain my condition and treatment options in detail, making sure I understood everything and felt comfortable moving forward. Treating doctor was excellent!!! I truly appreciated the attentiveness and level of care. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatology team.

Everyone who works there is so friendly and professional! Dr. Ross has such a sweet bedside manner! Skin cancer runs in my family and Dr. Ross has taken great care of me and my mom. The front desk staff and the medical technicians run like a well-oiled machine! I never mind getting my yearly check up! 🙂

Bay Dermatology is such a gift because it’s so close to me, but what truly made this visit exceptional were the people. From the moment I walked in, Renee made me feel welcomed and at ease. My introduction to Paula was just as wonderful—she took all my details down perfectly, never rushed, and really listened.:) Dr. Weston was also fantastic. The examination was thorough and thoughtful, with a genuine focus on my overall skin health. The entire team was caring, funny, and made the visit feel comfortable and personal. I also really appreciated the grace they gave me for being a few minutes late. Ahhhh!!! Overall, it was an excellent visit from start to finish. I’m so thankful to have such a high-quality dermatology practice so close to home.
