The staff and the:doctor are wonderful. They listen to my concerns and eased my anxiety. The facility is clean and easily accessible. I highly recommend this group o ln your journey to improve your quality of life. Shout out to Brooke who probably see hundreds of clients per month and still makes everyone feel like a priority. Lastly I'm thankful for the options I wss presented vs other consultation who only suggested one

I never leave negative reviews, but I have no choice in this situation. I paid almost 8k in full for a procedure back in 2024. I was unable to obtain medical clearance and have requested a refund several times. I have been given the run around for over a year. I’ve sent emails, texts, phone calls ect… most recently I called in and was informed that my information is no longer in the system since the company has been bought out a few months ago. Apparently the new name of the company is Tampa Surgical Suites. When trying to locate the business name on sunbiz, nothing appears. At this point, I am left with no other option but to sue. It is awful that a company would accept this amount of money for a surgery, not do the surgery, and then refuse to provide a refund. This is unacceptable.

Dr Burton reshaped me just like I wanted . I did lipo360 jplasma avoided a tummy tuck and also did my renuvion chin tightening. I asked him to give me a road heart shape natural shape . I do not like anything that isn’t proportionate to the body and he listened fully Dr Burton came with 25 years of experience. Brooke at smart shape gave me all my answers never once was she not honest. Bedside manner of Dr Burton and staff was unpeckable . I’m very happy 😃 Jplasma did work on me but I only had minor skin He did say it would have been better to to tummy tuck same exact price but I opted to go ahead and do Jplasma. I do not regret it because I want to lose more weight and do that tummy tuck later . I’m also older I’m 47 had two kids and a lot of strech marks so this was just right for me for now . Jplasma will not help big amounts I got better but just like he said and for the same exact price tummy tuck would have rid me of everything. I do love him for this honestly … all in all I love my surgery I’m 2 month post now I am getting post massages elsewhere as I have my own clinic I love and trust for those needs. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Smart Body Shop / Surgical Suited and Dr. Burton. My surgery was scheduled for January 5, 2025, yet I was never given a surgery time despite reaching out multiple times. I contacted the assistant, Brook, over and over and received no clear information. What’s worse is that after I asked for a refund, I was suddenly told on January 2nd at 4:45 PM that the doctor had “just reviewed” my medical records and now wasn’t sure when my surgery would be because my potassium was “slightly high.” This made absolutely no sense because I was fully medically cleared by my primary doctor on December 14th, and all my labs had already been accepted. This all happened the Friday before my procedure, and since then, the doctor has not responded to a single email. I was left with no surgery time, no answers, and unprofessional last-minute excuses. Their communication is terrible, the process is unorganized, and the way they handled my situation was completely unacceptable. I paid $3,599.20 and did not receive the service I was promised. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They need to do better for their patients.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CENTER!!!! I spent 4,300 for a service I have never received I have been going back and forth with this office since August of 2025 for a refund for a service I was never provided I explained to Brooke face to face if my surgery was going to be guaranteed being that I could not go past the date I scheduled for and I was assured that my surgery was not going to get cancelled/rescheduled so I put my deposit down and finished paying the full balance of 4,300 in 2 days then I received a call from Brooke two days before my scheduled surgery that was paid for in full that my appointment would have to be cancelled or rescheduled due to the anesthesiologist not going to be attending my surgery I am very upset and disappointed I went to my pre-op it took the doctor over an hour to come in the room and my appointment with him only lasted 10 min I have never had issues with scheduling with anything like this with the previous doctor which makes me assume this is on his behalf or the whole company is just going down hill I have seen multiple reviews that are having the same issues as I did since this doctor has started with this office I have gotten an attorney involved because Brooke keeps stating the billing team has to get back with me and this has been since August I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CENTER!!!!
