Elite Spa ( Fat Freeze Away & Rejuvenation Center)

Scheduling at this salon is very disorganized. They rely on an old handwritten calendar, which can work if managed properly, but here it often leads to delays. The gentleman in charge of scheduling was generally pleasant, but during my first visit, he was short with me. I understand stress happens, but it shouldn’t be taken out on customers. That same day, I also witnessed him speak unprofessionally to a staff member, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. At my first appointment, I waited 40 minutes before being called back and then sat under a red light for another 30 minutes, which made it feel like my appointment had been forgotten. The one bright spot was my technician — she was excellent. She was thorough, listened to all of my concerns, and gave clear aftercare instructions. 10/10 for the first tech. My second HIFU appointment was a very different experience. I was assigned a different technician, and the red light therapy was skipped. The technician seemed rushed, didn’t ask about my concerns, and incorrectly mentioned that RF treatment was included. While I understand that different technicians may have different styles, the contrast between appointments was extreme. My first appointment for chin and neck took 20–30 minutes, while my second visit for my entire face and neck lasted only 5–10 minutes on HIFU then 20 minutes on RF. I wasn’t there for RF I was there for HIFU! At checkout, they attempted to charge me for RF treatment on top of HIFU. I don’t know what this lady was on thinking she could rush my HIFU appointment then give me something I don’t want then attempt to double charge me?! Thankfully I talked myself out of it at the salon but they later called me while I was on my way home to try to convince me to pay. Very unprofessional and stressful. Overall, the inconsistency in service, rushed treatments, and billing issues make it hard to recommend this salon. I would happily return to the first technician, but I would not see the second technician again.

It was my first time doing pressotherapy and highly recommend! Make sure you see Adrian!! Adrian was very kind and patient. She explained everything so there were no surprises and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout. It was super relaxing and I’m a huge advocate for lymphatic drainage.

I was having some back pain and my wife told me about Elite Spa in Tampa. I Just had my first experience at there and it was Great. If you are receiving treatment by Alex and Lana you are in good hands like AllState. My back pain has decreased. I am definitely coming back again.

I stumbled upon Elite Spa on Groupon. Alex and Lana have been great at explaining the treatments they offer and accommodating to my needs. I have been receiving both EMSL, which consist of electrical impulses and a body lymphatic massage for 30 minutes each to help with my cellulite. With their recommendation of staying hydrated, eating healthy, and physical activity I have quickly noticed improvement on my skin smoothness as well as reduction of fat on my thighs. I have also noticed improvement with my circulation. The treatments are painless and noninvasive. I look forward to relax every week. I highly recommend Elite Spa.

I purchased a package advertised as “Five Fat-Burning Laser Lipo Treatments” through Faceboook. What I received was far from what was promised. I only completed one session, which felt more like a sales pitch than an actual treatment. The equipment used appeared cheap and ironically I mentioned to them "I had the same equipment at home. After my appointment I decided that this treatment was not something I could benefit from. I immediately called and cancelled my next appointment On top of that, it feels intentionally deceptive as a sales pitch to make money. I paid 700.00 for a package in which I had no time to really decide if I wanted the package since they made me pay up front. Despite only completing one session, the business refused to offer a refund for the rest the package and services never rendered. This isn’t just about a bad experience—it’s about a pattern of misleading advertising and questionable practices. If you're looking for a professional, trustworthy service, I highly recommend staying away from this place. Not to mentioned the smiles are just to get your money. ALEX was rude
