I wish my experience was as great as the experience that everyone else seems to have had, because I’ve been wanting to do other treatments with them. This last experience, which started last week, has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional on their part. For starters, you can never get a hold of anyone in their office!! They never pick up the phone! I don’t understand how you run these practices without a dedicated front office staff. Originally, I was told my medication would arrive Friday the week before, but it never came. Then I was told they would rectify it by having it overnighted, which I thought was very kind of them, but it never arrived. Then I was ensured It would arrive this Friday, which is today. Guess what? It won’t be arriving yet again, like they promised it would be. Now they’re telling me it “should” arrive tomorrow.. Unfortunately, I don’t trust anything they say anymore. I’m willing to bet that had I not called and raised hell, I would be waiting another week. I’m pretty sure everything was put together the moment I called! Also, for something like this where there’s been so many issues on their end, a phone call should’ve been made to me, but instead, everything is being done through text messages, which is completely unprofessional. I also asked to speak to someone above the person that was texting me and according to her, she’s the office manager and there’s no one superior or above her…of course there’s someone above her! As a patient and client I shouldn’t have to reach out so many times to find out where my medication is, especially when they promised that it would be delivered to me today and the fact is that it isn’t!! Is this how they run a business and treat people who spend thousands of dollars in their practice? What happened to incredible customer service? That’s not how a real business is ran!
