100/10! If I could give Nina and her amazing staff 100 stars, I would! This med spa is truly one of a kind. They recently renovated, and I was blown away by the transformation, even down to the smallest details. I’m obsessed! It genuinely feels like stepping into a high-end 5-star resort spa (which it honestly is 😍) Nina and her team make the entire experience feel luxurious, welcoming, and so comfortable. Nina is phenomenal at her craft. I’ve gotten tox and lip filler from her, and I am constantly receiving compliments on how beautiful my lips look. What I love most is how much I trust her. She’s honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about what will look best for you. I never feel pressured, just supported and guided. She takes her time, answers every question, and makes you feel completely at ease. I absolutely love this place. I won’t go anywhere else, and I’m already planning my next treatments. If you’re even thinking about booking, just do it, you won’t regret it!!!!!

I had the best experience at iConcierge with Emily! The new facility is absolutely jaw-dropping gorgeous, but still feels so cozy and welcoming during your visit. What I appreciate most is that they never oversell, they truly listen and created my treatment plan tailored to what I asked for, with a conservative approach. Emily clearly explains every procedure, sets realistic expectations, and walks you through aftercare so you feel completely confident. Professional team but still incredibly personable. Really makes the whole experience enjoyable! I’m so happy with my results and am finally investing in being my best self with Emily’s guidance! I had a wonderful experience with Nina and Cassie. Nina is extremely knowledgeable. You can tell that she truly cares and Cassie gives the best Hydrafacial! My skin was glowing and perfect for my wedding. I’m so glad that I went to Iconcierge for my pre-wedding treatments and plan to keep going. Definitely a smart investment!!

I did lip fillers and laser hair removal with Emily she is always so nice and helpful, I love my lips they look very natural and my underarm hair is desaparing after just 2 sessions. I also had hydrafacial with Cassey my face had never looked so deeply clean and glowy before. Love this place!
