I had an amazing experience at Elase Med Spa and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, the front desk girls were so warm, welcoming, and attentive,they truly set the tone for a great visit. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, and relaxing, which instantly puts you at ease. I had Dysport done with Lisa, and she was incredible. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to really listen to my goals, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The results are fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. Overall, Elase exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re considering any treatments, this is 100% the place to go. I recommend Elase Med Spa to everyone! ✨

I started receiving services at Elase Westchase a few months after they opened in July 2024 and initially had a great experience. I loved the staff, especially my injector Rachel, and even signed up for the membership. Over about 2.5 years, I received several treatments including Dysport and Sylfirm X and was always happy with my results. Unfortunately, my last Dysport appointment in November 2025 was with a different injector while Rachel was on maternity leave, and the results did not last nearly as long as usual—I noticed a difference shortly after Christmas. I called in mid-January and spoke with Danielle, explained my concerns, and sent photos as requested so the manager could follow up. I also mentioned wanting to cancel my membership. More than two weeks have passed with no communication, which is very disappointing, especially after paying $800 for a treatment I wasn’t happy with. Sadly, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. 😔

I had a wonderful Hydrafacial experience with Amanda! She took the time to explain each step, tailored the treatment to my skin, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My skin looks refreshed, hydrated, and radiant. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and loves what she does! Do not hesitate to book with her. She truly does an amazing job!

Amanda has done an incredible job at Improving my sensitive skin. After our hydrating facials, my rosacea is noticeably improved and I always get compliments on my skin. That GLOW- her cooling and calming technique is just what I need. Amanda has a wealth of knowledge and directed me to incredible skin care products which I’m very satisfied with. I’m actually seeing a difference and so are others. I highly recommend.
