Terrible communication. I had an appointment booked and after 1hr of driving, I arrived at the office and found out it was closed. I had another appointment booked and again no one answered the phone but eventually I received a callback. I was stressed out with the poor communication system but Lauraine managed to provide a good experience and I left with a smile on my face. I’ll leave it at 3 stars for now and will revisit in a few weeks since I did buy a package that I do plan on fulfilling.
