Essentials Massage & Facial Spa of Westchase

Booked a 90 minute couples massage with my Mom as a gift for Mother's Day and we had the most amazing time! We felt so rejuvenated after! Ann and Jessica were incredible! My Mom was so happy with their service, even joking that they didn't miss one spot. We had a glass of wine waiting for us as a treat as we came down from a relaxation high. The service here was top notch and the prices are very reasonable! Can't wait to go back!

Grace was fantastic! My other half booked this massage for me last minute, and I couldn’t have been happier with how it all turned out. The studio is a charming little place with multiple, tastefully decorated massage rooms. The rooms have warming mats on the massage beds and soft, ambient lighting, which really sets a relaxing mood. Grace truly knows her stuff—from start to finish, the massage was incredible. She made sure to check in with me about the pressure, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’d highly recommend her! The only small downside was that the doors aren’t very soundproof, so you can hear people in the corridor if they’re talking. Fortunately, it was pretty quiet during my visit, so it didn’t take away from the peaceful atmosphere.

Our experience here was fantastic. Dylan and Anne were true professionals. Made everything so comfortable and soothing. I have a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulders and Dylan spent extra time working on my trouble areas. I felt him rubbing out the knots in between my shoulder blades. So amazing. We’ve had plenty of massages in Tampa and we both agreed this experience has been the best. We almost didn’t book the appointment because it was a bit out of our way but totally worth the 30 min drive! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Their rates are unmatched (tip them based on the excellent service, not the value). This place is incredible, we will surely be back! My experience has been great here up until today. My husband and I had a couples massage scheduled for today. We we went to check in, the front desk told us they have NOTHING on the schedule. The last time we were here we came in for the exact same couples massage and booked with the front desk during payment. The front desk lady at that time was disengaged, however, I was confident that she properly scheduled our appointment. It’s very disappointing to now show up and be told no appointment was scheduled, especially when I booked with a person face-to-face. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to be seen that day and the only solution was to book an entirely different day. It feels as though there was no accountability and for that reason I will not continue coming here.

This place is amazing! I’ve had great experiences with most of the massage therapists here, and Amanda truly stands out. She is an excellent massage therapist, professional, attentive, and always creates a calm, relaxing experience from start to finish. The front desk staff is also incredibly kind and helpful; my visits always run smoothly, and I always leave feeling calm and grateful.
