The check-in process was simple and they provided a link to you on your mobile to complete the day before. My appointment was at 9 and got there early and they were opening up at 8:50 to let us in. There wasn’t a wait time and I was able to give my massage therapist instructions on what to focus on. Julie was amazing and knew exactly what to do to relieve all the pressure and strain from my workouts!! Highly recommend if you need a great place to get a massage ! I’ll be back to try the facials soon!

Five Stars is not enough for Julie at Tao Wellness Med Spa! I booked a 90 minute signature massage after a long four day golf tournament, and it was absolutely game changing. I walked in tired, tight, and sore. I walked out rejuvenated, relaxed, and genuinely recovered. Julie was exceptional from start to finish. Her professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were on another level. She knew exactly how to work through the tension and fatigue, and the entire experience felt tailored and intentional. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. If you’re in Tampa and need real recovery, not just relaxation, go see Julie. I’ll be back for sure.

Today I had one of the most amazing experiences at this establishment! The moment you walk in you feel the great energy and welcoming environment that this team brings to their profession! Jami, Cole, & Skylar were so fantastic, knowledgeable, and had such positive vibes! I found myself almost falling asleep 3 times during my facial I was so relaxed! To be honest I kept waking myself back up with a slight snore (that’s how relaxing)! I most definitely will be signing up for their membership very soon not only for the services they provide but because of their people! This place is a MUST EXPERIENCE so if you’re reading this I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 20 years and by far this was probably the most memorable experience I’ve had at a spa! My skin feels amazing and wow the glow!!! Thank you all so much and whoever owns this establishment, you did a fantastic job of placing the right people here! Over the moon!!

I have had many facials in the past but Grace does the best facial of anyone I have ever had. I truly fall asleep because I am so relaxed. Her advice on skin care is top notch. She knows what she is selling but is not pushy to make me buy products. If you haven’t booked with her please do so before she fills Up.
