Would give no stars if I could! Wanted a new experience and figured I visit the location! I was saved by the bell when the therapist denied providing the service since I had a surgery in October and didn’t have a DR note clearing me. It was disappointing because I had advised when making the appt and was told that was plenty of time. She leaves the room and I put on the light to get dressed. As a licensed esthetician and educator in the industry I was disgusted when I saw the conditions of the treatment room. I don’t like to leave negative reviews unless bringing light to concerning issues will help other clients! Hopefully this will because this is unacceptable! These pictures say it all! This locations management should be embarrassed for allowing a treatment room to become this filthy! I would not step foot into this establishment again even if the service is free! Absolutely unacceptable!

This must be the worst massage ever. I have been having massages here and other places for the past 20 years and I have never had one without any redeemable quality. The room was very cold, I was never asked if the temperature was ok. The massage started 15 minutes late although I was on time. The front desk person is not helpful at ensuring the masseuses know who is out there. About the massage: 1) she never touched my neck, despite me telling her at the beginning that I wanted her to work on it. 2) I was left exposed too many times to count, and the room was cold 3) she would throw my limbs instead of putting them down gently 3) I had so many times when her hands were not on me for much longer period than normal that I’m guessing she was taking breaks during the massage. I could go on. I am not sure if I’m willing to go back considering I have used CM for many years, back to when they were at that tiny location. But I definitely won’t use her ever again. The level of unprofessionalism and complete disregard for my comfort and needs were too much to bear. And I gave her a 25% tip because I’m a sucker. But that is the only money she will ever get from me.

Phenomenal as usual! I love that every therapist has their own unique style, its never the run of the mill basic massage experience. This time for my birthday I booked with Jorgie and he was such a treat! I left feeling realigned spiritually and physically. I moved 1 hour away last year and this is still my spa of choice!

I love coming here! I always ask for Lana whenever I get a facial done and I never leave disappointed. She takes wonderful care of me and helped me improve my skin over the years. She’s a blessed to have at this location. I also recommend massages by Christie ! She’s got magical hands. I came in for my massage unable to turn my neck side to side and now I have full range of motion and mobility. She’s great and creating a calming and peaceful environment and one where you feel very comfortable. I would recommend coming here for al your needs!

What a lovely place! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was very friendly. I had the opportunity to receive a prenatal massage from Cristine. She's the best. The massage was one of the best I've received in a long time. She made me feel very comfortable and confident. I'll be back soon!
