I had a 30 min foot massage and scrub. The service was just what I needed to focus on my achy feet. Lauren applied just enough pressure and checked in to make sure I was comfortable. She gave options on what scent and ambience I wanted for an aromatherapy experience as well. I was able to doze off and relax some. The scrub at the end of the massage left my feet very soft. I will definitely be back for more body work services! The location is very accessible to Seminole Heights/ 275 area with easy parking. Highly recommend.

I recently had my first prenatal massage with Lauren at 37 weeks pregnant, and it was a fantastic experience. Lauren was amazing at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I booked a 2-hour session and a 30-minute foot massage, and I found myself dozing off at times because it was so soothing. Lauren was extremely gentle yet applied the perfect amount of pressure when needed. She had an incredible ability to identify my tight spots without me even mentioning them and spent extra time working on those areas until the discomfort was completely gone. The atmosphere was also wonderful—calming and perfectly suited for a prenatal massage. I'm definitely going back and highly recommend Lauren to anyone, especially expecting mothers. I made an appointment with Lauren (the massage therapist) to treat my lumbar pain. It was my first time there, so she sat with me to discuss my issues, and she proceeded to explain what the massage procedure entailed (how she did it and how much pressure she would apply). During the massage session, she would ask me if I was comfortable with the pressure she applied. Lauren was affable, attentive, and kind. After the session, I felt relaxed, and my pain had subsided significantly. I am definitely going back.

Lauren is a very talented and well-trained massage therapist. She asks great questions to be clear on how she can make your experience work best for you. She explains what to expect during and after the massage. Uses fabulous essential oils and hot towels! Great lighting and music. Spotless workspace. All the good vibes and energy. I've been going to her for a while now and every time I feel so well cared for, and so much lighter when I'm done. *Highly recommend adding on the full body salt scrub*

Lauren was great! Before the massage, we discussed any problem areas and comfort levels and the massage itself felt wonderful. It was very relaxing and calming. Her pricing is super manageable for what she offers, especially if you want to get regular massages for therapeutic reasons and body maintenance (for lack of a better word) rather than just as a relaxing day (which i think she'd be great for too!). Her website is easy to navigate and the location is super convenient and lovely as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
