Impressive Brows Academy Brandon - Permanent Makeup & Microblading

I loved the willingness and invitation to let me make my decision after the consultation. I loved their work. I have my eye brows and eye liner done. It is cost effective than most places. As for the environment it is hygienic and clearly appears as a medical facility. Staff were nice and knowledgeable. My technician was awesome and the master technician was available as needed. I loved the place. Highly recommend it.

If you're like me who has ZERO eyebrows and previous permanent makeup, DO NOT GO HERE. Yes, the people are friendly, but their work is not good! I went in for a consultation to make sure they'd be able to cover up my extremely faded prior work. "Master Artist" Lisa (who apparently has been doing this for 8 years) performed brow mapping but the shape was AWFUL! I looked like I was permanently grimmacing! I told her I hated it and she said there was nothing more she could do. How is that possible? I can draw my brows on better. So thankful I only did a consultation! Oh, and if you're not religious, this isn't the place for you. There's religious scripts everywhere and they have praise Jesus music playing in the background. I'm surprised I didn't burst into flames when I walked in

Just got my eyebrows done today! I’m very happy with the results. Lisa was very nice and she did a good job. She took her time mapping my eyebrows to make sure they were to my liking.

I started at the Largo location in feb of 2024 and loved them. Went back for my 2 year touch up in Brandon & they did amazing. They reached out 6 weeks later to see if I was happy with my service & I replied that my skin didn’t take in some places but it was barely noticeable. They immediately scheduled me for a free service to fix and they ended up redoing my brows with nano! Nano is much more expensive than the average microblade & combo so the fact that they took 2 hours for free with a master to redo my entire eyebrows with the Nano is unbelievable! They stated nano works better with skin that the microblading doesn’t stick well too. I’m just over the moon happy with this company & refer everyone I know!!

First time at this location. It was a little frustrating. My appointment was at 2pm. They text me multiple times since booking reminding me of my appointment, to the point it became annoying since I had already confirmed. I made sure to show up on time but still had to wait after waiting almost a half hour they brought me back to take pictures and a video. I don't see the point in this. If i already let you take pictures why do you need a video. Yeah, no, maybe if you were on time I'd be more willing to cooperate but you've literally made me late for the other appointments I had scheduled for the day. The tech took her time and had to get an interpreter every time I had a question. Me getting more irritated, only because this is taking more of my time. After my brows were done they wanted more pics and a video. Are you guys kidding? You rudely disrespected my time and if I were that late you would have canceled my appointment I'm sure. How about next time you're so late, skip the photo shoot to make sure your customers get out on time.
