My first time coming here and I had a great experience during my recent appointment. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly. The office was clean and well-organized. Overall, I felt very well cared for and confident about coming back. Dr. Kallikadan was a kind and considerate doctor, however the office practitioners are not. They prescribed me the incorrect medication, far off in dosage from what I typically take. Ghosted me for the past two months as I tried to figure out the correct medicine/costs. Still refuse to take any accountability for their mistake and essentially said it's not their problem, it's my fault for purchasing the medicine they prescribed. Very unprofessional staff and responses.

I scheduled a PCP appointment through this office over the phone. They sent health questionnaires via text that I completed. They texted and asked me to confirm my appointment time twice. They sent three emails confirming my appointment. I went to the appointment and they had no record of the appointment at all and told me I would have to begin the entire process again and schedule a different appointment. I showed them the emails and texts and they acknowledged that someone from the office set up my appointment, but they failed to log it in the system correctly, so I could not be seen for my appointment. This experience did not make me want to trust them with my healthcare. They took away hours of my Saturday morning and now I have to start the PCP search all over again. Do not waste your time with this office.
