I saw Kristen last year and felt sort of dismissed by her and like she chose whatever she wanted to do, even if I booked an appointment with her. If I booked filler or botox, she would say “I’m not doing that today” as if it was an inconvenience to her schedule. Meanwhile, I drove over an hour and a half to see her. It made me stop going to her because I realized it’s either my “look” or she just didn’t care about me as a client. It worked because I found much better injectors after.
