I got a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Castellano around 3 months ago. I struggled with chronic sinus issues for my entire life and would get at least 7-8 sinus infections a year. Since the surgery, I haven’t gotten a single one and can breathe evenly through both sides now. My nose also looks exactly how I wanted but is still natural to my face. In addition, his patient coordinator Chrissy is one of the sweetest people I’ve met and helped me so much through the process.
