Phinon is an absolutely AMAZING! Definitely worth the hour drive!!!! I recommend her to anyone and everyone!!! She has done my lips and Botox for the last couple years and I’m truly grateful I found her. I get so many compliments on my lips. Layla, the office manager, is so helpful, kind, and responsive. I had such a great experience here! The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The injector/owner was not only kind but also extremely knowledgeable, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, and the atmosphere was professional yet inviting. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to anyone considering Botox.

This was my first experience at Serenity Beauty Secrets and it was phenomenal!! It most definitely will not be my last there! From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted by the manager Layla who was so warm and welcoming! The aesthetician Joanne happened to be up front as well and she was a sweetheart too. She assisted the nurse practitioner with some services and was just so helpful. I will definitely book a service with her in the future! The spa itself is decorated like a bohemian palace! It is absolutely gorgeous! They offer bottled water and an assortment of trail mix while you are waiting which is such a nice thing to offer to guests and clients. They also have a loyalty card so you get a credit for each service you purchase and once it’s filled with 9 you get a very generous gift! I think that is such an awesome perk to offer to clients! Once I was welcomed back for the lip service I booked.. I met the owner, nurse practitioner and injector.. among the other titles I could give this incredible woman! Her name is Phinon and it’s pronounced just as the beginning of the word phenomenal and that she is and more! I cannot compliment her enough! She is so incredibly talented at what she does! She is so articulate at everything from the way she explains down to completion of the service you are getting. She is one of the most kindest souls I’ve ever met. Her work speaks for itself and I highly highly recommend above all her, but this entire business as a whole! She knows what she is doing and did such a great job! I’m so happy with the first process of my lip transformation! I can’t wait to see her again in a few weeks! You can see for yourself how incredible she is at what she does in photos/videos via google or social media, but take my word…I hardly have the time to take to sit and write such a long drawn out review like this but I feel compelled to as everyone all made such an amazing impression on me unlike any spa I have ever been to! As being a small business owner myself let me say that this is undoubtedly the best establishment experience I have ever had in my 40 years in this life. It is owned by one truly incredibly amazingly talented woman who truly cares for her clients and loves what she does. I hope that they get all the business in the world because they truly deserve it! I wish them all continued blessings and success! I just can’t express enough how much I recommend this business!! I’ve had an amazing experience with my Botox and Sculptra treatments here. They truly take the time to assess what I need and never push unnecessary treatments. Everything feels very personalized and conservative in the best way. I always trust that they’re recommending only what’s right for my face, not trying to oversell anything.
