The Aesthetics Lounge and Spa Tampa

Michelle Pezo is truly incredible — she’s knowledgeable, attentive, and has such a great eye for natural, balanced results. She takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel completely comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with my results and highly recommend booking with her!

Received lip filler from Michelle and had an amazing experience! The space is clean and she was super sweet and friendly. We talked through my “expectations” and she kept me informed throughout each step. She also let me use a mirror to see my lips as she did them - instead of only being able to see at the end which was great. I loved the outcome of my lips at the official 2 week mark. I’ll definitely be going back!

Michelle is the sweetest person ever!! She made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the entire process. I got a lip flip with her and it took about 5 minutes. I saw results almost immediately. It takes 2 weeks to have peak results but I was so impressed that I started seeing a difference a couple hours later. So quick and painless! Michelle made the whole experience so smooth and effortless. She also informed me of any issues I might run into that come with a lip flip, like not being able to drink out of straws or having issues blowing out candles since those mouth muscles are being relaxed. I personally didn’t have any of those side effects while still seeing beautiful results and really helped me gain confidence in my smile. The team at the aesthetics lounge and spa was amazing. Very accommodating, worked with my schedule, and Michelle did amazing work! I literally told my husband this might be the best Botox I’ve ever gotten. We did xeomin and I loved it. I’ll definitely be back next time I need any treatment!
