I’ve had such a great experience at Sempr Laser. Eva is my laser hair tech and she’s seriously the best super knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable, and explains everything so well. She’s gentle but efficient, and you can tell she really cares about doing a good job. Mora at the front desk is also amazing. She’s always welcoming, helpful with scheduling, and just makes the whole experience easy from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re thinking about laser. So glad I found them 🤍

I’ve been going to Semper Laser consistently for 2 years since they first opened their locations in Tampa in 2023. I was drawn to them for their 8 free sessions promo for first time customers and friends/family referral program. The laser techs have always been knowledgable and friendly. Every one of them has made me feel comfortable and encouraged me through all the inevitable painful laser zaps on my body. They know how to make conversation to distract me and will always offer tips (using Lidocaine to numb the pain), a stress ball, and aloe to help soothe my skin after the treatments. I am honestly impressed and love the results currently. I am basically hair-free and only come for lifetime touch-ups, which are free by the way! I am now to the point where the laser intensity is on the highest setting and I do not need to shave ever between my 10-16 week visits. The laser techs need to use bright light and a magnifying glass to even see the very small, fine, thin hairs that do manage to grow, if any. And whatever minimal growth there are, is definitely not visible to the naked eye. My skin is truly very smooth and I have not experienced any negative side effects. Future sessions are super easy to schedule and re-schedule as needed and Semper’s front desk staff has never messed up any of my appointments. I am always satisfied with my hairless results after and between my sessions. Very worth!!

I can’t recommend this place enough. From the moment you walk in, everything feels professional, clean, and welcoming. The staff takes the time to explain every step, answers all questions, and genuinely cares about your comfort and results. I’ve had several laser hair removal sessions for my underarms and already noticed a huge difference. The results came quicker than I expected, and the process itself was way more comfortable than I imagined. I also had a lip flip done, and I absolutely love how natural and subtle it looks. Exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell the team here really knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. I always leave feeling confident and taken care of. If you’re considering laser or any aesthetic treatments, this is 100% the place to go.

Can’t rave about this place enough! Very clean very professional very educated and qualified! I have been pricing out laser hair removal for years and could never find one area for less than 4k until I found Semper Laser! I get treated on multiple areas and it’s WAY LESS than that like WAY LESS and not only that the SL packages cover touch ups for LIFE! I mean I wish I knew about this place sooner the packages they offer you are hard to compete with and they offer payment plans so there’s no reason not to become a member and they are all over the US so even if you move it’s okay they have many locations! I look forward to my appointments honestly the results are life changing at least for me and extremely painless especially if you are a wax girlie and you are in and out so quickly!

I previously looked forward to my monthly appointments at this location. My experience was consistently excellent while I was treated by Jennifer. She was highly skilled, attentive, and personable. She took the time to understand my face, knew exactly where to laser and where not to, and provided a level of consistency and comfort that made each visit seamless. I never had to repeatedly explain my preferences or areas of concern, as she was already familiar with my treatment plan. I had planned to expand my services to full body; however, during my last appointment with Jennifer, I was informed that she would be leaving. Since her departure, my experience at this location has significantly declined. Each month, the front desk staff changes, and I am assigned a different technician at every visit. As a result, I have noticed hair regrowth in areas that were not previously an issue, as well as growth in new areas—problems that did not occur prior to Jennifer’s departure. The lack of continuity has been frustrating. I now have to re-explain my treatment history and preferences at every appointment, only to be seen by a new technician the following month. While I have been offered promotions or discounts to compensate, consistency and quality of care are far more important—especially when considering full-body treatments. I am not comfortable having a different technician work on my face, let alone my entire body, at each visit. When paying for a professional service, clients should be able to expect continuity, familiarity, and confidence in their provider. Unfortunately, this location now feels more like a rotating clinic rather than a personalized service experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving consistency and overall client care.
