I have been visiting Premier surgery center and Julia for over 5 years to get facial treatments and dermal fillers. Julia makes the process quick and painless. She explains everything, answers questions, and provides recommendations on which products to use where and what will be most complimentary for your face. All of the staff are not only beautiful, they are super sweet, helpful, and efficient at what they do. Special thanks to Zailen at the desk for helping me choose my services the day of my appointment. She was knowledgeable about all the services and extremely professional. There were no hidden fees, no upselling, and no pressure to book additional services. I really appreciated how straightforward everything was. I would absolutely return again.

This is the place to go. I bought a Groupon to try them out and i'm so glad I did. She informed me that offer 90 units of diysport for $275.00 all the time. It's worth the drive and I will definitely be back. And it's absolutely wonderful to go to an establishment and have everyone be so polite ad courteous to you.

I’ve been a regular on the med spa side of this location for at least 8 years. Why I hadn’t left a review sooner, I don’t know. Every experience, from the girls at the desk to the aestheticians has been amazing. Over the years I’ve had a handful of different people administering my fillers. They’ve all been great, but the past 3-4 visits I’ve been lucky enough to have Julia. She personable, has a soft touch, is incredibly thorough & makes the experience great every time.
