The Team is Amazing!!! Every treatment I have had has been superior. I just went through a traumatic injury scarring my face and they have been working with me along with my medical team. The emotional support as well as professional was beyond expectation. Caring for yourself should be a high priority and investment and they make it so easy with the Teal program they offer. Discounts and a savings account is excellent. I can’t say enough and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you to everyone!!!

I kind of want to gatekeep, but this is too good not to share. Callie is so professional and amazing; I don’t trust anyone else to inject me! She is very thorough and explains the entire tox process so I understand and really know what to expect. She’s very patient and doesn’t make me feel pressured to make any decisions on the spot. I really appreciate how she’s never pushy- she’s informative and will give me her honest opinion which is why I trust her so much. Callie does a great job of going over pricing before she gets any materials or equipment. The whole process is so seamless and she has little tricks and toys to help with my anxiety (I hate needles, though the pain is very minimal). She’s also follows up to ensure I love my results and if I’m not happy, she’ll give me suggestions to make sure I’m satisfied (though I’ve never not loved my results). Also, Skintellect is a very friendly, clean, and safe environment. Everyone always has a smile on their face when I come in, and I’m greeted from the moment I open the door. The waiting area is very spacious and clean. I like how the establishment is very timely and I don’t have to wait long at all before I’m escorted to the next room. The staff members are kind and politely answer any questions I have, and give step by step details about how my appointment will go. Overall, I’m highly satisfied and would recommend Callie and Skintellect to my friends and family.

I normally don't leave reviews before visiting the place but I called today to ask about something, Nikki is the one who spoke to me, she was very kind and professional, she was very nice to me and made me feel very welcomed. She really needs to be recognized for her wonderful customer service. I will for sure call again to make an appointment after confirming with the dermatologist. Thank you Nikki :)

I cannot say enough positive things about Gina at Skintellect! She is, hands down, the only person I trust to touch my face. With 8+ years of experience in the industry, Gina is an exceptionally knowledgeable esthetician who truly understands skin science. Every treatment feels like a luxury experience, yet it's backed by genuine expertise, not just pampering. The fact that she's also bilingual is a wonderful bonus, making communication incredibly easy and comfortable. If you're looking for an esthetician who combines a personalized, high-end approach with deep professional knowledge, you absolutely must seek her out. Highly, highly recommend! I couldn't make a review and not mention Stephanie. If you are looking for the absolute best in skin treatments, look no further than Stephanie. I have been seeing her for both skin lightening and tattoo removal, and the results have been nothing short of incredible. Stephanie is clearly extremely educated and a true expert in her field; she takes the time to explain the science behind the treatments, which gives me so much confidence. Beyond her skill, she has a way of making you feel entirely comfortable from the moment you walk in. What could be an intimidating process is actually a very pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend

I’ve been seeing Gina for facials at Skintellect and my skin has never looked better! My tone and texture have improved so much since starting with her. She’s incredibly skilled, thorough, and really takes the time to tailor each treatment to my needs. On top of that, Gina is so sweet and has such great energy..it’s always a relaxing, uplifting experience. I also see Stephanie for laser hair removal, she’s wonderful! Professional, quick, and the results really work. Shannon at the front desk is always so helpful and kind. She makes scheduling a breeze and even offers water when you come in, which adds such a thoughtful touch. Overall, Skintellect has such a welcoming team, and every visit is a great experience!
