Semper Laser

This is only my second session and I have no concerns with my treatment plan at this time. My laser specialist is very knowledgeable and shares lots of great information and answers all of my questions about the process as they come up. I have seem a drastic decrease in how often I shave my underarms with just one session. I also haven’t experienced any hyperpigmentation which was an original concern. They had a great special when I joined making this very affordable. I think this is a well worth the investment 🫶🏼 In the beginning I had some concerns with scheduling because they didn’t tell me that they have a strict no late policy and DO NOT have a grace period like most appointments. I missed my first appointment because I was 7 minutes late which was very disappointing because I live 45 minutes away. I had to reschedule my second appointment because I have tanning lotion on a week before treatment. I wish there was more information on the website on how hat to expect and the Do’s and Don’ts before your appointment. This is my first time getting laser and I had to do my own research because the information is not found on the website and the front desk doesn’t disclose/remind you of this when booking. This would be a great area of opportunity for the front desk to remind clients of the no late policy and the requirements for the session. I also think they should update the website with this information and the front desk staff can direct clients to the site. Overall my experience has still been a positive one and would recommend them. I excited to continue my treatment with them and look forward to my final results ☺️💗

I got the Black Friday deal from Semper! The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, and upfront about pricing, how the laser works, and what to expect. I had my first session and was pleasantly surprised with how little it hurt! 100% recommend!

The whole vibe from the moment you walk in is relaxing and fun. The staff is very friendly and explains the whole process to make you feel comfortable. I loved that you get a private consultation to discuss other areas of interest and get pricing for those areas. The price is great and they even offer plans to help afford it if needed. I will definitely return again!
