First time here, & I had a wonderful experience beginning to end. Everyone there is so sweet & very professional. I got a Hydro facial w/ Victoria, & it was sooo relaxing. She walked me through each step, which was much appreciated with my anxiety. (She was amazing). I love all the little features they included in the room to make you feel comfortable. (Heated bed, blanket, dimmed lights, water fountain, & the decor) If you’re considering getting a facial or any other of their services for yourself or a loved one, I would highly recommend coming here as your first choice! I already booked my next appointment ! P.s- (checkin/checkout was seamless. They have Apple Pay. Services are priced very reasonably compared to other places I’ve tried.) oh & easy parking!

I can’t recommend The Aesthetics Lab enough. I was initially nervous about starting my aesthetics journey, but the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. They were thorough, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the entire process. Dr. Panchal was especially reassuring and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. She even checks in with her clients after the procedure to ensure everything is healing properly and going smoothly. Everything at the Aesthetics Lab is top notch. Kelly is always warm and cheerful upon checking in as well as customer focused and genuine with any recommendations and information on services. Pina is also an amazing injector, I have really liked my results and recommend the Aesthetics Lab to anyone and everyone if asked about facials and esthetic services in the Tampa area.
