I have always been scared of the dentist but this place made me feel so comfortable. From the front Ms. Ana who was super sweet to Carolina and Dr.Perez the best. Carolina was so sweet and explained everything perfect. Dr. Perez made sure I was comfy and relaxed. I loved it and will always be back and refer family and friends. Come here it's honestly best experience. Thank you Carolina and wonderful staff.

Awesome environment, outstanding service at front desk, Dr. Cesar Chilmaza is more than a professional, He’s an amazing person who treat You as a Human Being not a number or one more patient… He gives you confidence and you feel that love in the process like you belong there… he truly treats your fears and wipes them away with charismatic attitude and kindness. I still can’t get over the experience I had here and it was awhile ago. it was so bad I advise everyone not to go. I went for a cleaning and was told I had to get a 300 screening even though I had no signs of anny other issues and that insurance wouldn’t cover it. I left. I’ve been to two other dentists since and they were appalled a place would try and force that. Screenings are free with insurance annually and they definitely just wanted to try and get more money from me. Based off the other reviews this place wants your money and doesn’t care about your teeth. Shop around for a caring dental office!

Westchase Smiles is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. The clinic is spotless — clean, modern, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and professional, making every visit a great experience. Dr. Chilmaza is amazing — kind, accommodating, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you’re completely comfortable throughout your visit. After my experience here, I can confidently say there’s nowhere else I’ll ever go for dentistry. Westchase Smiles has earned a lifelong patient.

When I decided to get invisalign I went to a couple places before settling on Westchase Smile Institute. The staff here were very welcoming and informative from the beginning, and they’ve been great ever since. Dr. Cesar has been great to work with, he is very attentive and patient, and does a great job, and Carolina has been such a great help throughout my care. I highly recommend this institute and Dr. Cesar!!
