My experience today was absolutely wonderful. I usually don’t enjoy going to the dentist, but from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I felt completely comfortable. The entire team was incredibly professional, welcoming, and caring. They made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I truly recommend this dental office to everyone looking for a great dentist. I’m so happy I found them!

It was my first time at Tomlinson dental and it went great! The hygienist was very thorough and knowledgeable. She allowed me to have a numbing gel on my gums which I always request due to sensitivity. The staff was very nice and welcoming as well. I would highly recommend.

My new patient visit at Tomlinson Dental was amazing. Staff were very pleasant and friendly; making sure to speak to every patient in the waiting room as each one of them came back in from lunch. Millie was my dental assistant and she was very gentle and sweet. Dr. McDonald made sure to explain in detail about my oral care and answer any questions I had. Let me start by saying this is the best dental experience I’ve had in my life. The entire staff is very friendly, professional, and welcoming. Millie was my dental assistant, and she was warm, friendly, and professional. She asked me several questions to get to know me, my preferences for receiving information, and any discomfort I may have had. A wonderful person explained my insurance coverage for the dental work I needed, and she was invaluable, even providing suggestions on how best to complete the job within the scope of my insurance coverage. The dentist was thorough in her assessment, and her explanation of what needed to be done was delivered with kindness and in a professional manner. She showed great empathy. I would highly recommend this office and its staff for your dental care needs.

They are efficient with HIPA: ensuring privacy when checking-in and throughout the office experience. Dr. McDonald absolutely cares about the treatment and the consideration of her patients. The Dental team: Ms. Millie brought calm and comfort to the Dental exam experience. When it comes to Dental education for the patient: Dr. McDonald gave us the detailed information and explained the steps of the exam, shared with us the insight we needed to better understand procedure outcomes. Chair-side hospitality is Gentle, Courteous and comforting. The Dental Practice Environment: Very inviting. There is a soothing waterfall wall in the seating area.
