I love Dr Roberto Garcia! He took 8-10 years off my looks many years ago, but I think of him often. I mostly remember how he prayed with me before the anesthesia took effect. I loved that. Thank you Doctor Garcia.

Dr. Garcia is a skilled surgeon; however, I had a terrifying and deeply disappointing experience with a recent procedure. I chose Dr. Garcia based on the many positive reviews and I was very excited, which makes my experience all the more disheartening. While I won’t go into the unsettling details of what happened to me during anesthesia and after the procedure, I do want to share some important observations about his office. One major concern was that the office does not appear to have dedicated staff nurse anesthetist. On the day of my procedure, I was given a “fill-in” provider which added to my anxiety and sense of unease. Dr. Garcia couldn't even remember who it was a few weeks later. Before scheduling your appointment, take time to observe the office environment. The front desk often feels more like a social hangout than a professional workspace. Staff members carry on personal conversations and eat at the front desk, with little regard for patients in the waiting area. Their behavior felt disingenuous and unwelcoming. On my post-op visits, I noticed that the office felt more like a factory of patients constantly coming and going rather than a cosmetic surgery practice where individualized care and attention are expected. On one of my visits after surgery, I didn't feel well and had to walk out the front door with several clients in the waiting room. There is ZERO privacy (remember that for surgical procedures like a face lift). If I were Dr. Garcia, I would seriously consider bringing in a third-party service to evaluate staff performance and implement professional protocols. I was not given the level of care I was promised, and the overall experience was far from what I expected. If you're considering undergoing a procedure, I strongly recommend seeking a second opinion. While I am happy with the end result of my procedure, I felt that the office was focused more on the revenue stream than on patient care.

Had 3 procedures done and I am not satisfied with any of it and quite embarrassed by it. I wouldn’t go back there for free. Just because he is In Ponte Vedra does not make him the best. I spent 6 months with an infection. I have seen other surgeons and can’t really undo or fix his chop job.

Their staff are great. I initially met with Becky who put me at ease and has a wonderful personality. Ariel who took care of me from there was caring, pleasant and quite accommodating. She has a high level of integrity to make sure that you get the results you came there for. Dr. Garcia should be very proud of his staff.

Dr Garcia and his staff are, hands down the BEST surgical reconstruction team I have ever encountered. I have been a client of Dr Garcia for more than a decade and always experienced the highest quality of skill, empathy, and professionalism during several visits. He is truly unique in his implementation facial skills, as are his assistants, all ably helped by the highest quality admin staff. Without reservation, I totally recommend him to anyone looking for the most effective way to enhance appearance. Truly, the best of the best!
