Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

Walking into this office , as a new patient, and also my partner , the girls at the desk greeted us with a big smile, and they helped us with the iPad intake information as it was different. They both couldn’t have been nicer. Even the girl in the middle of the office on the computer smiled, although I did not meet her. The energy of positivity is important for people as sometimes their situation is not as easy.. We then were greeted by another assistant for the doctor, Laylanii , She couldn’t have been nicer, helping me to know what we were going to be doing in the exam. Then the doctor came in, Aksana , she was extremely kind also Very thorough and knowledgeable she , greeted me with a smile Helped the procedure along in good time, but not making me feel like I wasn’t important. She was very thorough and everything couldn’t have gone smoother.. My partner, Will and I were happy to know that this will be our new dermatology office to have our exams. I would never refer anyone to Erin Hector she works in different offices, and rescheduled you at her convenience as if you don't have a job. I originally had an appointment at 340pm and they rescheduled me to a different office farther away the night before moving it up to 310pm. I made it at 330pm and the office turned me away I drove way out of my way 2 times for her and refused to see me.

What a great office!! From the front desk to the entire staff. So pleasant and very comforting. I have had some bad experiences in the past with another office but this office has help me overcome that. Thank you for being so detailed and genuine.

The best Dermatologist I have ever seen. Dr. Erin listened to me and was so kind. Now my whole family wants to see her, I am so happy that we found her and that she is so Compassionate and understanding!
