Prime IV Hydration & Wellness - St. Augustine, FL

I signed up for the Essentials package today after a wonderful consultation with Mikayla and excellent care from Amy. They both explained everything thoroughly and helped me decide which package and membership would best align with my goals and budget. Mikayla took the time to recommend an IV mix tailored to my needs and really listened to my concerns, making sure all of my questions were answered before we got started. Amy was fantastic during the IV drip setup and the additional injection I received. I’m usually not great with needles or blood draws, but she had such a gentle hand that I honestly didn’t feel a thing and felt completely comfortable the entire time. Both of them checked in throughout the appointment to make sure I was doing well. The spa itself was very clean and well-kept, and the VIP massage chairs were much more comfortable than I expected, such a nice touch during the treatment. Overall, I was really impressed with my first visit and am excited to add this wellness routine into my self-care regimen!

Missy and McKayla were terrific! They were super caring, from reception to description to careful insertion and finally, relaxation. We will be returning back, no doubt about it. I'm pregnant and they were extra careful and caring with me to make sure I was comfortable and getting the correct fluids. I feel much better after my IV, and the spa experience they offer. Since my first call to Prime IV last year to this very day, each therapy experience I have is rejuvenating yet relaxing. Makayla professionally and warmly took my call and explained the injection and IV therapy options offered. Since then, I visit this hydration wellness center at least once a month mainly for B12 injections. The staff is knowledgeable, safety is paramount, and they truly care. Please take good care.

Brought my mom in and the staff was super helpful and kind to her, she had a great first experience! She did intro package and a Vitamin D shot- It was $200 plus tip, but if it helps her feel better it was worth it!
