Pure Infusion Suites of Jacksonville

Pure Infusion Suites of Jacksonville were absolutely the best!! Private rooms, snacks, comfortable seating, TV, and the staff members were so knowledgeable and personable. My time there was so relaxing that it was difficult to believe I was getting serious treatment! I highly recommend this place for anyone requiring their services!

My wife's experience with Pure Infusion was excellent. The staff were all professional, courteous, and patient. Our nurse that provided the treatment was very patient, professional, and courteous. Victoria checked with my wife several times during the procedure to insure everything was proceeding well and that she was comfortable. Thank you all.

For the past 6 months or so since I switched to them, they were great. However, they canceled appt without any conversation to be had when my daughter is already past her 6 weeks mark. They stated insurance had not approved yet. Here is the thing, my daughters infusion was due 2 weeks ago, if there was a problem it should not have waited til the last minute. I switched to them because I was told they were not like that. At least IVX waited til they couldn't wait any more before canceling. Gave me no opportunity to speak with insurance companies or them to see what the problem is and which insurance company the problem is with. I called one of the insurance company and the approval was through 9/2025. Pure infusion gave no details of the problem or who the problem was with and waited til last minute til the Friday before to let us know. I had to call 2nd insurance company to find out what the hold up was. It takes 10 days after an authorization is requested, which meant the authorization was done late! That is unacceptable! You knew this Monday, Tuesday, Wed, and Thursday and yet nothing til Friday before my daughter's infusion. Considering taking my daughters back to IVX health after authorization expires. No escalated calls to insurance company. No return calls to me. Very upset by this! Update: I have spoken to Pure Infusion and they will be taking the hit to get my girls in if one of the insurance does not pay. They have stated that the feedback of authorizations should be requested at least 21 days in advance of expiration, because insurance co sometimes take that long to approve, will be given to higher ups. However, I dont know if changes will happen. Here is to hope for better! Otherwise, the employees and nurses are great, wonderful, and always kind! I don't want to have to move my
