Pure Hydration

I would definitely recommend this place. I caught that nasty flu that was going around in December and became extremely dehydrated and overall unwell. I called as soon as they opened on a Tues I believe and was able to schedule an appointment for that same afternoon. Since it was my first IV infusion, I had a lot of questions, and the staff took the time to answer every one of them thoroughly. The environment was welcoming, and the staff was kind and professional. Within 24 hours of the infusion, I felt such a noticeable improvement that I was up cleaning my home after spending nearly four days in bed.

I recently visited Pure Hydration in Jacksonville Beach, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. I was feeling flu-like symptoms, and my sister suggested I try hydration therapy. She knows I’m a fan, but life had gotten busy, and I’d taken it off my self-care routine. Realizing it was a great idea, I decided to give it a shot. I initially called another hydration center and left a message, but instead of waiting, I decided to drive over to Pure Hydration to see if they could accommodate a walk-in appointment. I lucked out! They were able to get me in right away because another appointment was running late. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, even with their thorough screening to ensure IV therapy wouldn’t interfere with any medical conditions. I appreciated the care they took to prioritize safety. The pricing was also reasonable—especially compared to their closest competitor, who, by the way, was closed on Labor Day (a blessing in disguise, honestly). The nurse who assisted me was fantastic—highly skilled and incredibly thoughtful. She placed and removed the IV with ease, no painful digging around to find a vein. She even offered me a blanket, which was such a kind gesture when I was feeling under the weather. Despite how awful I felt walking in, the team made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Pure Hydration has definitely earned a spot back on my self-care schedule. I highly recommend them for anyone considering hydration therapy—you won’t be disappointed!

My symptoms were a common cold…(sneezy, watery eyes, runny nose) I had a very busy week planned. Called and was able to get a same day appointment. The next day, a couple sniffles & ready to continue on with an abundant schedule - feeling fine! Staff was incredible & office space provides privacy & conformability!

Attended the facility once on a training trip in 2024. I live in Australia. Still getting notifications of charges on my credit card / sales receipts and confirmation of bookings I didn't make. Have tried emailing and I am ignored. Follow up to your response Thanks for your public response it is a pity my emails still go unanswered , it 100% your business and have emailed multiple times to the email address you have stated in this public response. I have not got any response from you as yet! I understand it looks like my card email address has been put to someone else's profile this can happen. No excuse for not replying to the emails. I initially was responding to the emails sent but also went to you website to make sure I was sending to correct address. Screenshots below as evidence it is your business. I never leave bad reviews but after multiple email attempts at contact it seems this was the only way to get a response.

Well I only had a short period of time to work with and the staff were more than happy to work me in and out and an incredible fair cost!! Love that location although it's a 40 minute drive to get there.
