I recently saw Gretchen for my first time getting my brows laminated and I’m OBSESSED! She was super quick to answer any questions I had around the appointment, and then the booking process was super easy. The studio is cozy and inviting, and very clean. I saw Gretchen at face refinery Jax for my first facial as someone who started dealing with acne in her 20s. Gretchen was professional, thorough, and really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole time. It was so relaxing, and she is so kind! We talked through some of my concerns and she followed up the day after to check in on how I was doing, and helped me order the right products she recommended. We also talked about a few services for down the line before my wedding in September, and I couldn’t be more excited to book with her again soon!

I am so glad Gretchen decided to start her new career. I have never received a face massage the way she does it! My skin always feels and looks amazing when I leave her relaxing space. Years ago I had my lashes lifted and tinted and it wasn’t a good experience. I decided to have Gretchen do them and what a difference. I was comfortable, no tears and they look so good!
