Update!! Wow. The new reviews look great. Total body, it seems I came just a bit too early. Am I still eligible for a do-over? I want to start by saying I purchased a special grand opening deal from a Facebook post for my visit. I’ve only had a few facials in my life, and I’ve never left a session feeling like I wanted to immediately book again. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t change that for me. To be clear, I understand that this is a new location, and the special price I paid reflected that they were just getting started. My feedback is strictly constructive and meant to provide insight. When I arrived, the space was still being set up for business. Both treatment rooms were occupied, so I waited, which wasn’t a big deal since the techs were busy. Once it was my turn, I sat down with my technician to discuss my trouble areas and expectations. She was very knowledgeable, and I genuinely believed this might be the facial experience that would hook me. However, once I got into the treatment room, I noticed some things that might need attention. The room only had large overhead lights, which felt more like a classroom than a spa. The lights were turned off during the session, but it created an issue I hadn’t anticipated. Without proper lighting focused on my face, it became impossible for her to see whether all the products were properly removed. The facial itself was quite basic. She started by removing my makeup with pads and turned on a steamer briefly. Then, she applied a mask, left me under a red light for 10 minutes, wiped it off, and repeated the process with two more masks. While she used one tool for about two minutes, the majority of the session felt like applying and wiping off products. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling more like I had a basic skincare routine at home rather than a professional facial. One thing I found uncomfortable was the use of plastic gloves throughout the session. While I understand the need for hygiene, I’ve typically experienced facials with tools or brushes that eliminate the need for gloves. The gloves felt unnatural and took away from the relaxation I was expecting. The lighting issue became apparent later when I arrived at a meeting only to realize I still had visible mask residue on my face. It was an embarrassing situation that my team kindly pointed out before I started presenting. It’s hard to reflect positively on a skincare business when I left feeling like my skin wasn’t even fully clean. Another surprising aspect was how dry my skin felt afterward. I’ve never had a facial that didn’t leave me feeling hydrated and refreshed, but this time, my skin felt so dry I considered stopping to buy lotion on the way to my meeting. To top it off, I asked them to take a few pictures during my red light session for a post I had planned, but despite following up multiple times, I never received them. I’m not sure if it was due to the underwhelming results or discomfort with sharing the state of the space, but it added to my overall disappointment. Lastly, the push to sell me multiple products on my way out felt frustrating. Given the experience, it seemed premature to expect me to invest in their products without a satisfying service to back it up. All in all, while I understand this is a new business working through its growing pains, my experience left me underwhelmed. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future clients, as I do see potential in the knowledgeable staff and their efforts to establish themselves.

She was absolutely incredible, providing a treatment unlike anything I’ve ever had before. Her professionalism and care made the entire experience unforgettable. Very educated and knowledgeable ! The building itself is welcoming, spotless, and very well-organized. It was easy to find and had plenty of parking, which made the visit stress-free. The environment inside the treatment room was so relaxing and impeccably clean, adding to the overall calming experience. I’ve never felt more confident in my skin! Adriana and Alexis are a true artist they listened to my concerns and completely transformed my complexion. The med spa itself is gorgeous and welcoming. This place is a hidden gem. I won’t go anywhere else!
