Walked into this place on a whim after visiting another shop in the plaza. I was a whopping 279lbs. The pandemic and a hip injury packed on the pounds and nothing I tried moved the needle to take even a single ounce off. The frustration of getting on a scale everyday and seeing it trend upward despite starving myself and going to the gym daily was demoralizing. The awesome lady at the desk went over all my options and we planned a course of action. I was so impressed that I started immediately. Fast forward 100 days and the results have far exceeded my expectations. Weighed in this morning at 235lbs just 10 pounds from the goal I set to reach by the end of the year. I am lighter, healthier, blood pressure has gone down and I have more energy than I know what to do with. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!!
