New Day Medspa St. Augustine

This place is a scam. The treatment was good when it was Ideal Image, but now it's gone completely downhill. I paid for a 9-session treatment back in 2023. It's halfway through 2025 and still haven't been able to complete service. Their scheduling pushed me out so far in between laser treatment that it made it of no effect. I've had laser treatment about 10 years ago and know it works. This place doesn't. Staff is not friendly, scheduling service is not helpful, cancels appointments without telling you. I have 2 sessions left and am so frustrated I won't even use them.

Raegan is the best and the office was nice and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful as well. Highly recommend!!

Ideal Image took me in early as I thought my appointment was earlier. My tech was personable and walked me through each step. My treatments always go well with no issues afterwards. I have been a loyal customer since 2021 and I will continue coming back.

The staff here is always friendly and welcoming! Each laser technician is very professional and all the areas I have treated responded well. I just wish they had more specials and promotions.
