Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

I had an amazing experience at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery! The staff was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and created a treatment plan that felt personalized to my needs. The office was clean, organized, and efficient, and I truly appreciated how smooth the entire visit was. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for knowledgeable providers and excellent patient care. I will definitely be returning!

Great people. Dr. Amy Brewster is one of the good ones. She talks to you, not at you. I had a decent sized lipoma removed from the back of my neck. The team she had with her made sure I understood what was happening and how it was going to happen. Adam made sure I was good as far as pain and hooked me up with some pillows so my pre-existing back pain was as minimal as possible during the procedure. 🤘🏼

I had a VA authorized appointment that I showed up for. The person who scheduled me, scheduled me without telling me for their jullington creek location. When I called to let them know I mistakingly went to a dermatologist that had a very similar name. The rude receptionist gave me attitude from the start of the call. She told me that it was scheduled for the other location. She refused to take any accountability and acted like it was my fault. No one ever told me it was for a location that I never would have picked since I live less than 5 miles from the much closer office. I never received any confirmations others than a phone call advising of the time. My voice was annoyed with her lack of service and accountability which she responded to like an over sensitive gen z would. Saying I don't appreciate your tone. I never once cursed at her. But said, "take some accountability, and just get me rescheduled." She then hung up on me. I was just around the corner and walked in. She was still being ugly to me. I had to argue with her to get her to take my VA authorization number so they could get the final authorization which they still failed to follow up on from my first appointment attempt 3 weeks prior. I had contacted the VA prior who had re-faxed it to them 2 weeks ago. I know this person who was being ugly to me isn't the company, but she sure is a horrible way to start off the experience. She needs to be trained in customer service. Even if it wasn't her direct fault, she represents the company and she should take accountability. I'm going to also file a complaint with the VA.

I was happy to get an appointment without waiting for weeks or months. The staff is friendly and the doctor took time to check everything closely and explain what he was going to do.

Easy location to access. Friendly staff. Erin is AMAZING and very professional while also being bery caring. I have been having issues with my face.... 32 years old.... devastating. She gave me multiple options and we worked out a plan. I will update with results but as a first timer I am so thrilled. They were busy when I walked in. :)
