Total Body Wellness Spa

I have been going her for over a year to use their array of wellness offerings, 4-5 days a week. For $89 a month you get to use everything but tanning. (Im not a tanner) The sauna with the red light panel the fit bomb heated exercise room and the Slim Line pod are what I use the most. Look on the website or stop in to see all the other stuff you can do. The staff and owner Donna are great as well and super nice. I recommend 💯

Total Body Wellness Spa is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth and professionalism. Danielle and Donna are both incredibly knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for. Their passion for wellness truly shines through in everything they do. The other staff are just as friendly and attentive, creating such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Every visit leaves me feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and well taken care of. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and true expertise in wellness!

Love this place! The Mystic spray tans always come out so even and give a flawless airbrush look. The staff is friendly, the vibes are positive, and the owner does an amazing job with custom airbrush tans for special events. Definitely a 10/10 experience every time!

Service and product were amazing! She sprayed me for my wedding, and I had to come back when my brother in law was getting married! SO natural looking and absolutely stunning. Could not recommend her more! My fav in JAX.

I've been a member of Total Body Wellness and Spa for years, and I can confidently say I will never go anywhere else! The owner is an absolute sweetheart—so knowledgeable and genuinely caring. She treats you like family, which makes each visit feel special. Along with all of the staff. Every time I come here, I experience a sense of peace and relaxation that is hard to find elsewhere. It's my little piece of paradise, especially during some of the most stressful days. I highly recommend Total Body Wellness and Spa over any other place in Jacksonville. Not only do they offer tanning, but their range of spa services is phenomenal, all at great prices. If you're looking for a place to unwind and rejuvenate, this is it.
