Point Massage

You owe it to yourself to visit Point Massage. The establishment is always very clean. The atmosphere is friendly, and relaxing. The staff are professional and you will not be disappointed. You can tell they work hard to earn and keep your business. They accept walk-ins, but I advise making an appointment because they can be busy which is a sign of greatness .I have not had a massage from ERIC, but my wife loves his work. Enjoy, stay healthy, happy and relaxed.

Every time I come and receive a massage here I am extremely pleased with the service I receive. The store is always very clean and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. I could tell the masseuse knew what they were doing and I felt so much better after my massage was complete. I will 100% be back!

I have come to point for many years and today, myMassage was great but for 90 minutes I anticipated full body like I asked. My back was worked on an hour and then my legs and arms were briefly worked on. The front of my legs not at all and my feet very briefly. Prices have gone up for 90 minutes significantly so I would anticipate the same service as previously given, but I feel like it is not as thorough. I understand Price going up completely. I work in a service industry job but the quality of the service received should remain consistent. Check out I tipped 20%, which is sufficient and upon receiving the receipt she pointed out a note stating they prefer 30% tips. I explained to her I work in a service industry job as well 20% is sufficient on top of their salary and I appreciated her service and again she asked me if I didn’t want to increase my tip to 30% and I said no thank you. I will not be returning after all of these years as that put a very bad taste in my mouth. A tip is optional always, but it should always be given for a service and 20% has always been sufficient.

I visited this place for a body massage and had a wonderful experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. The massage was relaxing and expertly done — I could feel the tension melt away. The ambiance was clean, calm, and soothing, which added to the overall experience. I’m really happy with the quality of service I received and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I booked two massage one for me and my friend I went into the room and got undressed The lady said I’m gonna help you the guy will be in in a few minutes She proceeded to set a timer for my friends massage While waiting, she asked was this your first time here I said yes. I noticed her climbing up on the table. The next thing I know she was standing on my friends back. I was in shock. I guess the look of shock on my face made her ask me are you OK? So I said you aren’t going to stand on my back like that right? About 10 minutes later, the guy walks in I ask him you’re not standing on my back are you? He said. I said I would like light pressure Swedish massage something relaxing. Be mindful that my back is sensitive. I have back issues. He then proceeded to use his elbow to massage my back, placing so much pressure on it. It was to the point where I was squirming. He said are you OK? I said it’s too much pressure I’m not sure if he is aware of his strength as a man and how it feels from the person getting a massage. He continues on with my massage. Needless to say parts of my back, and my legs hurt from the constant pushing on my body. My poor friend I felt so bad for her because the massage was my idea. I rather reviews on this place and spoke to the masseuse. My friend and I both agreed this was the worst massage that we’ve ever received. It’s been two days and she still in pain from the masseuse’s elbow and her walking on her back. If I knew the massage was gonna be like this and let us say even more pain I never would’ve booked it. During the massage he took two calls and was away for more than 5minutes assisting a customer, they did not add five minutes to my massage. It was hard to relax with all of this going on. We paid for the massage and then it’s like you were hustled into leaving the 30% tip. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional to be put in a position where the tip was being negotiated. Tips should always be at the discretion of the customer, not demanded or negotiated. Gratuity should be based upon how the customer feels about their service. When a customer arrives at the parlor, they should be told what services are offered in thoroughly explain that where they won’t be any confusion or surprises while getting the massage are at the end during checkout. If I could give this place one star, I would do that. This is totally ridiculous. I am so sorry that this one event ruined our Mother’s Day getaway. It also taught me a valuable lesson!
