⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely incredible experience at The Point Massage! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. They made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. The deep tissue and hot stone massage was hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The deep tissue work targeted all the tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying, and the hot stones took the relaxation to a completely different level. By the end of the session, I felt completely relaxed, refreshed, and recharged — like a total reset for both my body and mind. On top of that, the price was incredible for the level of service provided. The quality of care, professionalism, and overall experience far exceeded my expectations, especially at such a reasonable rate. I highly recommend The Point Massage to anyone looking for top-tier service and true relaxation. I will absolutely be back!

I’ve been going to POINT MASSAGE and day spa once or twice a week for about three years now. there’s a beautiful collection of Chinese vases and carvings in the waiting area with comfortable seating and plenty of chairs for foot and chair massage. It is always super clean, including the restroom. Sophia and Linda have many years of experience and both speak good English. My wife loves Sophia’s massage and foot massage. I like her too, but I prefer Linda who knows me well and I can go to sleep or reach a meditative state and never worry about what she is going to be doing next. You will not be disappointed with either one of them. The prices are very reasonable. But for me, it’s hard to put a price on the feeling I have while I’m there and when I leave. If I had the time and the money I would go everyday. They take walk-ins, but I find it better to make an appointment because they can stay busy, as many people recognize the value of the treatment you get there as well as the physical and mental benefits. Stay healthy, happy and relaxed

Was very polite and asked me if the pressure was too much, when I told her I liked high pressure she said she could walk on my back and proceeded to give me the BEST back massage I have ever had. Walked out tall and more flexible than I have felt in years! I live in North Carolina and will definitely be coming back specifically for this place.

Let’s get one thing out of the way. The foot massage itself was good. Truly. This was my second visit and the therapist did a phenomenal job. Strong hands, okay technique, exactly what you want from a foot only massage. The problem is not the massage. The problem is everything that happened after it. I paid $73 for an hour foot massage. We can debate the value of that all day compared to the competition, but I agreed to the price and happily paid it. I also tipped $15. That is a 20.5% tip. A solid, customary, more than fair tip by any sane standard. And then things went completely off the rails. When I went to pay, the "therapist" she looked at my tip and immediately took issue with it. She then pointed aggressively to a sign on the counter that reads “30% tips greatly appreciated.” Let me pause here. Thirty percent. Not suggested. Not earned. Apparently expected. I honestly thought I was being pranked or that I had wandered into some hidden camera social experiment. I have never in my life seen a business openly scold a customer for leaving a 20% tip. Ever. Tips are discretionary. They are based on service. They are not a ransom demand with a laminated sign. I said, understandably confused, that it was a recommendation, right? She waved her hand at me dismissively and said “whatever.” Whatever. That was the response to a paying customer who tipped over 20%. What makes this even more absurd is that I tipped the exact same amount on my first visit and there was no issue at all. Same tip. Same "therapist". Same service. Completely different reaction. This time, you would have thought I left nothing. To the "therapist" wearing the mask with the tattoo on her arm, I do not know what has made you so angry, bitter, and entitled, but taking it out on customers is not the move. If you are the owner and your margins are somehow so razor thin that a 20% tip sends you into a visible fit, then your business model is broken. Adjust your prices. Raise your rates. Do literally anything except harass customers for not meeting an arbitrary and wildly unprofessional 30% expectation. Charging $73 for an hour foot massage and then acting offended over a 20% tip is unhinged behavior. I will absolutely not be back. And while I am sure this place will survive without my business, I will also be doing my part to make sure others know exactly what to expect. A good massage followed by an awkward, hostile attempted shakedown at the register. Avoid this place like the plague.

Best back and shoulder relief - ever. Don't let the slight build of the masseuse fool you. Very healing experience. I will definitely return.
