I had an amazing experience at The Zen Den with Ashley. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was soothing and calming, making it easy to relax right away. I received a deep tissue massage, and it was absolutely incredible—Ashley was professional, attentive, and truly skilled at what she does. The massage relieved so much tension, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend The Zen Den and Ashley to anyone looking for a top-tier massage experience. I will definitely be returning!

As a military vet who pays close attention to detail, I waited a week after my services to leave a review to be sure I wasn’t biased in my review and the message came across crystal clear. Here’s there truth… I paid $175 for Mid… May return, may not (only because of atmosphere and steam). I always believe in second chances. Steam was great, stretch not so great. Pressure during massage felt like she didn’t want to be there towards the end. Even when I asked a question while walking out, the energy of not even wanting to engage smacked me in the face on the way out. If I wanted someone to rub on me, I could’ve told my husband to do it. If I wanted such a light stretch, I would’ve told my toddlers to do it. I thought “maybe she had a bad day” until I heard through word of mouth that this is a consistent factor Zen Den.

I booked Ashley for my annual Christmas brunch. She was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t remember the last time I had a neck and shoulder massage and she could certainly tell it. I’m convinced she worked out a years worth of stress and tension. I’m looking forward to booking another session with her as I continue to focus on my health and wellness journey.

Finally a massage therapist that is convenient for me and is amazing! I’m extremely glad I tried Zen Den because Ashley has magic hands. I work on a computer all day everyday and my neck is paying for it dearly. That 30min focus session is perfect for me! I’m booking a full session for the end of the month and I advise you to do the same! She offers a variety of other services and the reviews are real!

I came to Ashley at The Zen Den Spa Retreat as a post-op liposuction client in need of lymphatic massage, and I’m so glad I did! Ashley is incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and professional. She not only provided an excellent lymphatic massage, but also offered skin tightening treatments and guided me through the post-op K-tape method, which was a huge help in my recovery. I thoroughly enjoyed my session and left feeling so much better. I’ll definitely be coming back for a package, and I highly recommend Ashley and The Zen Den Spa Retreat to anyone in need of post-op care or wellness services.
