Tracy is AMAZING at what she does. I told her my thoughts, my wants, my no go’s and she NAILED IT! I never knew I could literally love my eyebrows. She is professional but SO easy to chat with, laugh with and just enjoy being around. She makes you feel like you are her number one priority your entire session. I reached out to Tracy with an interest in receiving more training in the powder brow technique. She went out of her way to set up a zoom call with me for some one on one mentorship. Tracy is knowledgeable, easy going, and professional. She is easy to talk to, knows her stuff, and is willing to not only help and educate others, but learn from them as well. Her passion for this business, as well as for educating others was apparent in the training I had with her. After our session, Tracy continued to send me videos and other helpful educational tools.  Already, she has shown to be a person I can reach out to for advice and support throughout my PMU journey. Tracy perfected my eyebrow consult to what I was looking for and included me in every step of the process: outlining, ink color, and tattoo method. She also had great instinct as to what would be the best brow for my face! Although the process was a few hours, time flew by with comfort and pleasant conversation! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to change up their eyebrow game!!!

This is my second time having microblading done by Tracey and I am so in love all over again. My eyebrows look so beautiful! This time around I did a powder brow. Tracey wanted to make sure I was happy and the shape of my eyebrows was perfect before I left, which made me feel really confident in her work and attention to her clients! I used to spend 5-10 minutes every morning filling in my brows with makeup and now I can just throw on some mascara and I’m good to go.

What an amazing experience!! I have been thinking about getting microblading for a while and I really wanted to make sure the get the right person for me. I also wanted to make sure I was working with a women owned business. Fortunately, Inked Arches was the perfect place! I was so nervous Tracy and her team were very welcoming. They made me feels super supported and at ease. The ladies were amazing!! The class was amazing and this was the best model Experience ever. I wanted a very defined browns and they delivered.
