LASH JAX

The Lash tech was very nice but i got my lashes done yesterday for a Lash lift and tint, there’s barely any tint on them/ a whole corner of my lashes weren’t even tinted. For the price i paid i expected better. I’ve had a lash tint done before and it was 100% better than what i paid for. My lashes are blonde and they’re fully still blonde. I’m highly disappointed for the price i paid for it to be the next day and it looks like they weren’t even touched. Extremely disappointed especially having tipped more than 30%

Briana is incredible!! She takes such pride in making her clients look as beautiful as possible, and personalizes every experience! Brianna has done my lash extensions, brow waxing, and even my nano permanent brows!! I was so scared to do these, and she made me feel so comfortable, and I’ve never received so many compliments about my eyebrows and my lashes! Love you, girl! Thanks for everything!💞

Got my lashes done by Tamaña today & she absolutely delivered. I’ve been to multiple places and she is by far the best. This place is clean & professional. I really enjoyed my time here, I fell asleep on her table. Just book with them you won’t regret it. I also drove from the west side of Jax, and will continue to do that just because of the service I received.

Briana is absolutely amazing! She does my lashes and eyebrow waxing, and I leave feeling flawless every single time. She’s detail-oriented and really listens to what I want. My lashes always look full and beautiful, and my brows have never looked better. On top of her talent, she’s so sweet and makes the whole appointment super relaxing. I’m always excited to come back. Highly recommend Briana to anyone looking for gorgeous, professional results! I have been going to Lash Jax since I moved to Jax Beach in 2023 and am so satisfied with the staff, atmosphere and overall experience.

Five stars — such a great experience. I went to Lash Jax in Jacksonville through ClassPass and got a lash tint and lift done by Lainey, and I honestly loved the results. Lainey was incredibly polite, personable, and very detail-oriented. She took her time and never made me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. I’ve had lash lifts and tints before at other places and didn’t notice much of a difference, but this time I absolutely did — my lashes looked noticeably better and more defined. I also went in planning to get an eyebrow wax, but they asked thoughtful questions about skincare and retinol use. Because I had used retinol previously, they didn’t feel comfortable waxing, which I actually saw as a huge positive. It showed me they care more about safety and skin health than just making a sale. Instead, Lainey offered to pluck my brows, and honestly, I liked the result even more — they looked great. The atmosphere was another standout. The space smelled amazing, felt very serene, and was incredibly welcoming. Everyone was friendly, and it felt calm and relaxing the entire time. I’ll definitely be back and would love to try the double lash lift next time if possible. I came in through ClassPass, but I can easily see myself becoming a regular non-ClassPass client because I really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend Lash Jax, and especially Lainey.
