Oh my goodness. I found out that Phi started offering scratching services and i could not book my appointment fast enough! Genny was the BEST! I love a good massage but sometimes a girl just wants her back scratched! This was the best service i have EVER received! I cannot wait to come back again and again! The aroma therapy was such an amazing touch (eucalyptus was my favorite!) as well as the eye mask and headphones to fully immerse yourself and relax. This session was everything I wanted and more😍❤️

I had lamination and full face threading including my eyebrow by Neda. I also had underarm waxing. She is absolutely fabulous. Every time I go she’s always professional, kind and knowledgeable about things. She’s very detailed oriented too when it comes to her clients. She’s also very efficient and cognizant about your time. She can have you looking like the best version of yourself in under and hour if time is something you don’t have much of.

I got a lash lift and tint, I wasn’t sure what to expect but Genny was amazing at explaining each step. My lashes turned out amazing! I also received the ASMR head scratch, it was just as amazing! I left feeling refreshed a d I can’t wait to visit again soon!

I have always been very insecure about my brows since they are very sparse and thin so I visited Phi Beauty Spa over the summer for two sessions of ombré brows by Genny and I had such a great experience I can’t recommend this place enough!!! Genny was super friendly, made sure that I was comfortable through the entirety of the process, walked me through every step of the way, and was very informative about the aftercare to help maintain my new beautiful brows! Thanks to Genny, I now confidently wake up with flawless, natural looking brows and even 4 months later they look so amazing and I get so many compliments on them! So incredibly satisfied with her work and will definitely be coming back for touch ups as needed!

today I got the scalp/facial massage with whole body light touch and scratching and it was absolutely life changing. Genny is the best…she is so sweet and is so gifted at what she does in the aesthetic industry. I have also gotten my lashes lifted and tinted and eye brows laminated numerous times by them and they are amazing. They are so welcoming & truly make you feel right at home.
