Ms Crystal has done my eyebrows and my co worker.. we are both satisfied. Ms Crystal was very nice and light handed. She corrected anything I needed before I left. I love my brows and have gotten compliments day 1. I'm definitely coming back for my touch up to keep up with her work. I'll be recommending others.. Thank you Ms Crystal 👋🏾❤️

I am in LOVE with my brows! I was a first timer a few years ago and came in for a touch up today and left with soooo much more. Crystal is one of the most pleasant, professional and sweetest person you can allow to do your brows. I came in for brows but my experience today have been life changing. You cannot go wrong by allowing her to service you! She does other services as well. Don’t walk, but run and book your next appointment ❤️💗. I had been thinking about microshading my eyebrows for a while and doing my research. So when Glam Therapy popped up in my Facebook advertisement feed I filled out the form with my contact information...received a call the next day from Crystal. I had my eyebrows done on 12/27/2024. Came back 6 weeks later for retouch. I didn't have to tell Crystal anything, she automatically knew how my eyebrows should be. She was precise, a perfectionist if you ask me. I love them. I get so many compliments about my eyebrows. I don't even have to worry about my brows when applying makeup. I would like to thank Crystal for an amazing job. I can't tell you enough of how much I appreciate you. I will definitely be back for more services that will fit my needs.

Glam Therapy don’t owe me nothing!! Hands down the BEST! Ms Crystal takes her time and focus on your appt she takes her work very serious. I’ve been a Client for 7 years and not once including yesterday have been disappointed!!

It is absolutely heartbreaking for me to give another black owned, woman owned business a bad review because as a black woman business owner I understand the struggle. If you know me, then you know I’m going to tell the truth regardless of who owns the business. I was so excited to get my brows micro shaded today. My nail tech referred me to Glam Therapy bc that’s where she went. Before I scheduled my appointment, I got online and read the reviews and looked at Crystal’s work. I already knew from a few on the reviews that she runs late. I’m a prompt person because I respect others time so when I make an appointment I am usually early as I was today. Especially if it’s my first time bc there maybe paperwork to complete. I sat in my car when I arrived so I could make a few calls and about five minutes before my appointment, I go to the door bc I need to use the restroom. There’s no one at the office and when you call the number on the door, it immediately disconnects the call. I went back to my car to wait. I’m shaking my leg because I need to go bad. About two minutes later, Crystal calls me advising she was near by about five minutes away. I thanked her for calling me and told her I like people to be prompt because I do, especially when I’m spending my money. I also told her she can’t give me my time back bc she can’t. Simple as that. Well that pissed 😡 her off. I told her that I needed to go use a restroom and that I’d be back. I went to McDonald’s up the street from her office. I had to make a purchase to use the restroom. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I get back to her office and I ring the bell. Crystal opens the door with full blown attitude. I really want my brows done and I know she does great work so when I hear gospel music playing I pray and ask God to allow this to be a good experience. He bridled my tongue because Crystal was sheer NASTY from beginning to end of my session. As I was leaving, I told her that I hoped her day got better and the venom went to spewing. I tried to have a conversation with her about our exchange and instead of listening, she asked me to leave her office. I laughed and shook my head on my way out. 🤦🏾‍♀️ There’s three people at work that’s waiting to see my brows tomorrow because they were going to make an appointment. I would never refer them to Crystal. You got to have some major darkness inside to get mad and stay mad for an hour and a half because someone reminded you to respect their time because they had enough respect for your time to book an appointment and be on time out of respect for your time. I’m sure she didn’t consider the inconvenience of having to find a restroom, the extra $2, I spent to use the bathroom, and my gas money to go find a restroom. I’m being petty in this paragraph but I think you understand the point I’m making. Crystal, I pray God sends light and love to you my sister. You are beyond talented (my eyebrows are 🔥. They not even and I think you did that on purpose but I still got compliments in Walgreens when I went to buy my dial liquid gold soap and Triple Antibiotic Ointment), but your attitude STINKS! 💩 I can tell you this because many years ago I acted very similar to your behavior today so I didn’t read this in a book, I lived it! My recommendation: Find another Brow Servicer to avoid the attitude. Her attitude ruined my entire micro shading experience.
