Really great experience! Love how my eyebrows turned out. Jess explained everything she was doing. Verified and showed me the shape of my brows before she started and kept checking to make sure I was feeling okay during the process. I highly recommend her!

Jess is an absolute brow genius!! The shop was pristine, smelled lovely, sanitized, while still feeling cozy. Jess immediately set and met the expectation on time. She went over the procedure fully, gave me options for pain management, and made sure I was comfortable for the duration of treatment. She was an absolute doll!! My original appointment was July 6, 2021. I didn’t leave a review because I wanted to wait for my follow up appointment. Today, August 27, 2021, I am so happy with my eyebrows. I shared my pictures with family and friends and they can’t believe the difference. Kristina you are the best. She listened to my ideas and she also recommended some. Kristina you have a new client. Phenomenal skills. My brows were almost nonexistent, and now they look so natural, and I feel so confident. Jessie is so on point and understands exactly what you want. She nailed my natural color.
