Where do I start? My experience with V/O Med Spa was incredible. From the moment I walked through the door I was met with warmth and a feeling of being amongst people who were committed to excellence. The spa was well put together, clean, and the atmosphere was soothing. I started off with a consultation and ended up getting a service because Lindsey APRN, was completely transparent about the service and was highly confident and knowledgeable in aesthetics. She was able to take complex facial anatomy and break them down into palatable terms. I’m very satisfied with my results. I will be back again.

I have been receiving dysport for more than 10 years. I am also a doctor. I normally go to my doctor to receive and have always been extremely satisfied with my results for more than 10 years. This spa is a complete sell up company. I explained my units and where I receive them clearly for my maintence and touch up appointments. And was clear with the gal (who was very sweet) and also the director of the spa what I wanted and what I know I need. She still tried to insist double my normal maintenance dose which is completely false and a complete scam.

I go to the one on Old Augustine Rd. Liz is the best injector and Natasha is great at my facials. Wonderful atmosphere, very clean, and everyone is very professional and super friendly.

I had such a good experience today with my injector Lindsey! She was very understanding of pricing and options for me to be able to get something done today and come back later for more. She answered all questions and was super real and sweet. Also special shout out to Jenna and Abigail at the front desk. They were exactly what front desk associates should be and very friendly and enjoyable to talk with! They ensured my process went smoothly! I’ll be seeing you guys soon! :)

I had the most amazing facial! The whole experience was super relaxing, and my skin feels so soft and refreshed. Kali was really sweet and explained everything she was doing, which I really appreciated. My face was glowing afterward, and I honestly didn’t want to leave!
